At Sober & Curious, we want you to love every sip; however, due to the perishable nature of our alcohol-free beverages, we can only accept returns on unopened items or provide replacements for damaged goods within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return your unopened items or report a damaged shipment.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific shipping address for our beverage-grade warehouse.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the unopened bottles in their original protective packaging to prevent breakage and ship them back to us using a tracked courier service.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
